Aayna Terms of Service

Aayna is a virtual environment unlike any other. So before you enter, please take a couple of minutes and read these Terms of Service. This will help you to better understand Aayna and to learn what you can and what you cannot expect.

Aayna is provided to its members by AdVack Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “AdVack”) subject to these Terms of Service including all policies linked to from these Terms of Service. An overview of those policies is provided in Sect. 23 with a corresponding hyperlink. Terms and Conditions of the members do not become part of the contract unless AdVack has accepted them in written form. Questions which can arise regarding the internet connection, the connection with Aayna, or third party software (browser, operating system, drivers etc.) are not the subject matter of these Terms of Service, as these are not provided by AdVack.

Beta warning: Please note that Aayna currently is in a beta phase. This means that Aayna is not a finished product. The beta phase serves the purpose to test and enhance Aayna and its features with your help. Do not expect that all features will stay as they currently are. Be also prepared that any content you create during the beta phase might be lost, once the beta phase ends.
